Seiichi Horiuchi
Seiichi Horiuchi (1932-1987) was a prominent designer and art director recognized for work on magazine logos like Anan, Brutus, and Popeye, as well as book covers and posters. Horiuchi also published the picture book Kuro Uma Blankie in 1958 and created many popular picture books, including Gurumpa no Yochien, Tarou no Odekake, and Kosuzume no Boken. This retrospective exhibition highlights Horiuchi's artistic career, showcasing early paintings, picture book illustrations, design drawings, and magazine cuts.
