Odilon Redon
19th century was the time when the social situation changed greatly, and the technology developed rapidly. These trends affected to the Art of the same time. Odilon Redin(1840-1916) also established his own Art, and challenged to use new artistic materials and techniques. This exhibition shows Odilon Redin’s Art with his masterpieces of pastels, charcoal drawings, paintings and printings mainly from the collection of The Museum of Fine Arts, Gifu.
