Finished

Artists

Hideaki Anno
Hideaki Anno's latest work, "Shin Evangelion the Movie," for which he served as creator and director, was a blockbuster hit, grossing over 10 billion yen at the box office. This exhibition will cover past work Anno was involved in when he was an animator, as well as his latest work as a director and producer, and will explore the secrets of his creative activities.

The exhibition will feature a wide variety of production materials ranging from scripts, settings, image sketches, storyboards, layouts, original drawings, and miniature sets that are indispensable to the creation of unique images, including rare original drawings and miniatures of "anime" and "special effects" work, which was his starting point, as well as a vast number of handwritten notes and illustrations from his amateur days to the present day.
