The exhibition looks back on the history of Korean contemporary art through the works of well-known as well as emerging artists of the country, such as Kim Kulim, the pioneer of Korean experimental cinema, Kim Whanki, whose original abstract painting distinguishes itself from the Western art scene, and Hong Sungdam, who struggled to create art amid Minjung movement.
