Setsuryosha Museum of Art is celebrating its 30th anniversary by hosting a special exhibition featuring the extensive collection of works by Shiko Munakata, a renowned figure in Japanese printmaking and art. This year also marks the 120th anniversary of Munakata's birth. Munakata was a master artist deeply connected to Buddhism and literature, and Munakata's art reflects a profound love for the environment, nature, and humanity. The exhibition will display around 60 pieces from the collection, with some pieces being rotated during the exhibition period, offering a unique opportunity to appreciate Munakata's enduring legacy across generations.
