Pola Museum Annex will hold "Pola Museum Annex 2023" over two periods between February 10 (Friday) and April 16 (Sunday), 2023.
Since 1996, the Pola Art Foundation has financially supported overseas training opportunities for young artists, intending to increase specialization in Japanese art. This exhibition will present works by six artists selected from the trainees who have participated in the program over the past few years. The purpose of this annual event is to give many people the opportunity to enjoy the artistic fruits of the training program and provide young artists with valuable experience for their future artistic enterprises.
This 21st edition of the exhibition, again supervised by Pola Museum of Art Director Shunsuke Kijima, is entitled "Independence and Integration."
