Owari no Yu-en will take place from September 27 to 29, 2024, at BUoY and Nakacho no Ie in Kitasenju, Tokyo. This event commemorates the first anniversary of Ie Gekijyo, a creative space in a traditional Kominka in Senju. It aims to explore community and artistic activities that can persist without physical space, while preserving the theater's history.
Choreographer Yo Nakamura will direct performances, recreating works presented in the Kominka over the past three years. The venue will also host exhibitions created with various artists. Reservations are required for performances, while other programs will be free to attend.
