"Anatomy" is a collection of enhanced lumen prints (a photographic process where light sensitive paper is exposed under the sun), Kalinlaw uses this process to examine the plants and interpretes the collection as portals. The body of work reveals the forms, energies, and design of plants that go beyond the naked eye. It is as if creation gave us a glimpse into the complexity of nature's perfect designs. The results of this experience remind us of our own bodies' complex design. The prints are transferred and moulded into glass to maintain that sentiment of examining plant energy under a lens.
