Sono Aida #Shinyurakucho is an art project started in December 2021 utilizing the vacant storefront on the first floor of Mitsubishi Estate's Shin Yurakucho Building as a spatial medium. In this Artists Studio project, artists will relocate their own production environment and create artworks for a period of about one and a half months while exhibiting their activities and selling their works. The artists for the first phase are Akira Fujimoto and Yasushi Mori. The artists in the studio program will be replaced each period. In addition, the program will include exhibitions, the "Out School" program where participants can learn about contemporary art through practice, and workshops to be held on an irregular basis. It creates a new form of art community where various people involved in art can gather.
