Shin Hongo
Sculptor Isamu Noguchi (1905–1988) left behind numerous writings, including art theories, discussions of his works, and an autobiography. His words are filled with his artistic convictions and the spirit of humanism, resonating with the hearts of contemporary audiences. The museum has spent years organizing and digitizing Noguchi's original writings with the help of volunteers. This exhibition will showcase the accumulated materials and highlight Isamu Noguchi's thoughts on sculpture through the lens of his written expressions.
