Notojima Glass Art Museum
Finished
The Machida City Museum's glass works form the core of the museum's collection. This exhibition introduces a portion of the museum's glass collection in three genres: Bohemian, Chinese, and Japanese. The Bohemian glass collection is one of the largest and finest in Japan and features delicate enamels, graviles, and cut pieces produced from the 16th to 20th centuries. The exhibition will also feature works by Toshichi Iwata and Takeichi Aono, who represent modern Japanese glass art.
