Art Auction Meguru started in 2019 as a marketplace for Japanese art, handling a wide variety of works from Nihonga (Japanese-style paintings) to Western-style paintings, calligraphy, and crafts. We have introduced pieces entrusted to us by sellers from across the country to art enthusiasts both domestically and internationally.

This 18th auction will present 546 works. The lineup includes pieces from great Edo-period masters such as Jakuchu Ito, Shohaku Soga, Okyo Maruyama, and Rosetsu Nagasawa. Additionally, the event will feature a special collection focusing on Seiho Takeuchi, Buzan Kimura, and Kiyoshi Saito. Following the favorable reception of the previous ukiyo-e and shin-hanga (new prints) collections, the event will also showcase captivating works by artists like Kuniyoshi Utagawa, Yoshitoshi Tsukioka, Hiroshige Utagawa, Hasui Kawase, and Koson Ohara.
