Glass artist Akiko Wajima, who is always inspired by the potential of glass that allows for simultaneously showcasing the overall form and inner space, works on her creations with a constant sense of wonder.
"I want viewers to touch their own hopes by feeling the light trapped in the glass," says the artist, whose skills are continually evolving, shining brighter every day.
Under the theme of "propagation," we will be presenting new works at RA Art Gallery that evoke a sense of coolness amidst the early summer sunlight.
