Emmanuel Guillaud, a Paris-born photographer living in Tokyo is the first Occidental to have ever won the "Tokyo Wonderwall" prize, given every year by the government of Tokyo, in association with the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo and the Metropolitan Museum of Photography. "Going Nowhere" presents shots taken while cruising cities.
