BB Plaza Museum of Art

BB Plaza Museum of Art opened in July 2009 as part of the projects commemorating Shimabun Corporation's 100th anniversary in business. The museum's collection consists of works by Japanese Modern and contemporary painters, as well as paintings, prints and sculpture of French masters.
The museum stands for the idea of "art in the livelihood" and hopes that the visitors can acquaint themselves with each piece from the collection. Through such various new encounters we hope that we can help promote art in the local communities.
