This museum features the works of René Lalique (1860-1945), a French craftsman who lived through the art nouveau and art deco eras. The museum has a collection of approximately 1,500 works in a wide variety of genres, including jewelry such as pendants, brooches, and combs, which Lalique mastered during the first half of his life, glass crafts such as perfume bottles, vases, and lamps, to which he devoted the second half of his life, and spatial decoration in which he used glass to create spaces. 

Born in Aÿ in the Champagne region of France, where there are many vineyards, Lalique grew up in contact with flowers, insects, and birds, and nature was the starting point for his creations.
