The Japanese Calendar Through Manga

Yokote Masuda Manga Museum
Finished

Artists

Takao Yaguchi, Yoshihiro Takahashi, Yoshimi Kurata, Shota Kikuchi
The Japanese calendar divides the year into four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and further divides each of these into six subsections known as the "Twenty-Four Solar Terms."

This exhibition introduces beautiful scenes of Japan's changing seasons through original artworks by four artists from Akita Prefecture- Takao Yaguchi, Yoshihiro Takahashi, Yoshimi Kurata, and Shota Kikuchi.

During the exhibition, we plan to offer original merchandise for sale at the museum shop and provide collaboration menus at the manga cafe.
