For this exhibition, contemporary artists from Hokkaido, where the sculptor Shin Hongo (1905-80) was born and raised, working in various fields such as sculpture, photography, animation, and poetry, were commissioned to develop new works related to Hongo's work and spirit. Enjoy the response from the contemporary artists to Hongo, who spoke of the universal beauty of sculpture and the resonance between the works.
