The Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art (Hiroshima MOCA), which is currently closed for an extended period of time, is currently holding a satellite exhibition project, "Somewhere? Gembi". This exhibition will bring together Hishiroma MOCA's collection of postwar contemporary artwork and the Higashihiroshima City Museum of Art’s collection of prints, contemporary ceramics, and works related to the local area.
At first glance, the works may seem out of the ordinary, with their strange shapes and images. In this collaborative exhibition, the richly individual collections of the two museums will be displayed side by side in the exhibition room, sometimes looking at each other.
