Permanent Collection Ⅲ

Utsunomiya Museum of Art
Finished
The exhibition, drawing from the museum's collection, offers a fresh perspective on how we perceive "objects and individuals" both within museum spaces and in our daily lives. Showcasing 56 works from 32 artists, it includes renowned figures like Marc Chagall and René Magritte, prominent Japanese artists such as Kiyoo Kawamura, Taro Okamoto, and Miwa Yanagi, as well as local talents like Tetsuo Matsumoto and Kenichi Ushikubo associated with Utsunomiya. Additionally, it introduces lesser-known artists like Jacek Sroka and Concha Bravo to the public eye for the first time.
