This exhibition highlights the works of Fujisawa-related sculptors Naoco Kumasaka (1933-) and Sahl Swarz (1912-2004), showcasing their creative endeavors through newly acquired artworks in 2023 by Fujisawa City. The exhibit explores their journey as artists, starting from their meeting in the U.S. in the 1970s, and their ongoing artistic pursuits while traveling between Japan and Italy until 2004. The exhibition, titled "La Vita," features a range of three-dimensional and two-dimensional pieces in marble, aluminum, and bronze, reflecting their shared passion, innovative ideas, and profound artistic bond as a married couple and collaborators.
