Artists

Keiko Minami
Copperplate artist Keiko Minami (1911-2004) was born in Toyama Prefecture. She began experimenting with painting and poetry during her time at a high school for girls, and later, after meeting Yozo Hamaguchi, a leading copperplate artist of the 20th century, she moved to France in 1953 and continued to create artworks in the world of copperplate printing. Minami's works are filled with a sense of transparency.

Approximately 50 works will be exhibited, mainly focusing on pieces with gentle colors evoking the season of budding plants.
