The immensely popular picture book *The Orange Penguin* returns with its second installment, featuring the story of the protagonist, an orange penguin named James. James admires the seagulls flying freely in the sky and wishes, "I want to fly too!" Through James’s growth and challenges, the author hopes to instill the courage to believe in one's potential and the importance of cherishing one's individuality.
