The revolutionary developments occurring in the field of biotechnology in recent years are leading humanity towards a future beyond its wildest imagination. In this exhibition, Sputniko! explores the future of fashion as an expansion of the body, based on the question, “When will we arrive at the era when clothing can be made using biotechnology?” This installation featuring expressions of clothing generated via biotechnology offers a sense of what the future might hold.
