19:00-20:00: Lagos documentary screening
20:00-20:45: Talk "Recording, Remembering / How do we document African cities?" by Emeka Ogboh & Megumi Matsubara
20:45-21:30: Open discussion with the participants
21:30-22:00: Playing sound work in loop (Sound by Emeka Ogboh & Megumi Matsubara. ep: Emeka's lagos-soundscape, Megumi's sociological lunch music)

The evening is organised by Assistant & supported by AfricArt design.

Emeka Ogboh is Nigerian sound artist, Megumi Matsubara is Japanese architect/artist. They originally met and collaborated in Lagos, Nigeria in 2009. Ogboh is a resident artist of "Africa-kara-no-okyakusan Project in Shin-Minatomura" (A guest from Africa Project) organised by AfricArt design. His exhibition will run between 29 Oct - 6 Nov in Shin-Minatomura. More info is available here: http://www.ogboh.com/
