Tokyo is in a constant state of flux, forever renewing itself. In particular the fields of art, design and fashion change at a rate matching, even surpassing, that of Tokyo's infrastructure, continuously knocking itself down and rebuilding. To match these shifting surroundings, Claska will introduce a guidebook introducing outsiders to the real Tokyo in 2009.

"How Very Tokyo" provides a starting point for the future guidebook by inviting a selection of progressive British graphic designers to express their relationship with Tokyo in poster form. The exhibition will create a new multi-faceted portrait of the city, highlighting unexpected aspects of Tokyo from an outsider's point of view.

The fourteen selected designers have collectively made England a more visually exciting place, and we hope that through this exhibition their energy and passion will similarly infect and inspire the Tokyo art and design scene.
The exhibition takes place on the 8th floor of the hotel.

Talk event "New way of creative and printing direction".
Inviting printing director Katsumi Kumakura from YPP and some of the UK artists via online video chat.
