Tokyo Art Beat takes seriously the fact that the Android application has not been functioning properly for approximately five months, and that users have not been able to receive benefits or services for money paid. As a result, we will provide a refund to Android paid function users.
No request for a refund is required from the affected users.
Below are the details of our response, including the refund schedule.
Subscriptions from July 7, 2022, 0:00 to January 18, 2023, 23:59
Refunds will be applied to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
We will process your refund at Google Play.
You will receive an automatic email from Google Play after the refund is processed.
Determine order IDs that are applicable for refund and the percentage of the refund (during March)
