Paid features will be available until the 'scheduled cancellation date' displayed after the cancellation process. However, please note that if you complete the withdrawal procedure after cancellation, the service will be immediately suspended.
Compared to the app version, the web version offers monthly and annual payment plans at lower rates.

You will be able to continue using the service until the scheduled cancellation date even after cancellation. However, please note that in the case of immediate suspension of use through the withdrawal process, refunds will not be applicable.
In the following cases, we will refund up to the amount equivalent to one year's payment for the paid features.
