The Kaiju Mirai Project aims to stimulate the local community by holding contemporary art exhibitions and cultural events in the Kaiju district of Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture. Up-and-coming artists from Japan and abroad are invited to participate in the exhibitions and bring a fresh perspective to the local community. The project also allows local residents to share the local folklore and memories and to create a new future together.
