The Oence Yachiyo Civic Gallery was established to contribute to the promotion of culture and art as a place for the creation and dissemination of culture and art and is a cultural complex that houses a library, café, and other facilities.
The gallery is a bright space with natural light, and as a place to present the results of exhibitions and other activities such as art, many events are held throughout the year, and last year’s European Prints Exhibition saw more than 5,000 visitors over 11 days.
