Topping East
This NPO was created with the aim of providing an open forum for local residents to use music in the Joto district of east Tokyo, where the opening of the Skytree and the development of the Sumida River and downtown tourism are active every day. In order to deepen the understanding of the attitude of preserving the traditions and the sense of duty and humanity unique to east Tokyo and downtown area, and to connect the various generations, we will provide a multifaceted program in which everyone can participate, together with cutting-edge musicians and artists.
