Kaisu is a hidden treasure of Akasaka, located within easy access of Roppongi and Aoyama, and in the path of people of numerous backgrounds and experiences. Originally a ryotei or traditional Japanese restaurant with performing geishas, the former Shimazaki Restaurant has been converted into a hostel with a café and bar. This is a space to enjoy conversation, to forget your woes, to encounter fresh ideas and expressions and uncover new journeys which lead to another world.
