Museum of Modern Art, Saitama, presents an exhibition dedicated to the artist Tatsuhiko Yokoo.
Yokoo lived and worked in Japan and Germany, and after returning to Japan, his paintings based on Christianity and mythology were highly appreciated by prominent figures of the time. This exhibition is the first retrospective of his work in a Japanese museum. The exhibition will trace Yokoo's life by introducing works and materials from his early years to his later years, centering on approximately 90 works left in his studio in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture.

The Museum of Modern Art, Saitama (MOMAS) opened in 1982 in the lush Kita-Urawa Park. The museum displays a collection of outstanding works of art, ranging from foreign masters such as Monet, Chagall, and Picasso to contemporary Japanese artists. The museum also holds special exhibitions with unique themes and introduces many Good Design chairs that visitors can freely sit on.

In addition, the museum holds lectures and workshops for parents and children to become more familiar with the arts. There is also a museum store with art books and goods, and a restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine, where visitors can enjoy the museum at their leisure.
