Yasuo Hayashi
Yasuo Hayashi (1928–), a prominent figure in avant-garde ceramics who was active in the Shikokai and Sodeisha collectives, presented the three-dimensional work "Cloud" in 1948, a piece that transcended functional boundaries. This exhibition showcases Hayashi's recent works, which take inspiration from the abandoned houses in Namie, Fukushima, that were affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
