Yanagida AG Lab —The Exhibition of Aluminum Plate Grinding and Lithograph

Galerie Tokyo Humanité
Finished

Artists

Nanako Abe, Mai Ishikawa, Miyu Isozaki, Tsukasa Izuhara, Ryuta Endo, Chika Osaka, Yukie Kishi, Yasunori Kinukawa, Tomoka Kimura et al.
The exhibition showcases Yanagida's aluminum plates, crucial for lithograph production, and showcases the diverse expressions of lithographs created using their sharpening techniques. It also introduces the plates themselves.

Yanagida, now the only domestic aluminum plate polishing company, along with 32 artists who educate and excel both nationally and internationally, will reevaluate aluminum plate lithography through this exhibition, including how they perceive the issue of traditional technical inheritance.

It is a unique opportunity to see the plates behind artwork production.
