Since its opening last November, Wall_Alternative has been operating with the concept of being "a hub where new movements are born by crossing diverse cultures centered around art and music." The upcoming exhibition "XTR" is organized by the Gallery Con_, located in Bakurocho, Nihonbashi. Con_ is a cutting-edge gallery based in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, that offers programs crossing various cultural expressions, including contemporary art and music.
In this exhibition, contemporary artist Inagaki, based in London, will participate in a Tokyo exhibition for the first time. During the opening reception, Inagaki will create a mural on the exterior wall of Wall_alternative. Additionally, the exhibition will feature a giant drawing over 2 meters long by Sae Fujita, new works created specifically for this exhibition by Gillochindox☆Gillochindae and Kazuma Yamamoto, and artworks by Taewon Ahn that coexist in both the digital and analog worlds.
