Wano Akari × Hyakudan Kaidan - Enchanting Fairy Tales

Hotel Gajoen Tokyo
Finished
"Wa no Akari × Hyakudan Kaidan" first took place in 2015. Except for 2020, it has been held 8 times, attracting a total of over 520,000 visitors as a popular summer event. Each year, the theme changes, bringing together various genres of art and traditional crafts within cultural heritage buildings.

This year's theme is "Enchanting Fairy Tales". As you ascend the stairs, like entering a fairy tale, doors to stories such as "The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter", "Legend of Kuzu Leaves", and "The Feather Robe of the Celestial Maiden" unfold, blurring the lines between dream and reality. Art illuminations spread throughout the extraordinary cultural space, blending music and fragrance to create a bewitching and beautiful world, enriching the senses with a fantastical touch during summer moments.
