Contemporary Art Museum Kumamoto presents a special exhibition reflecting on the changes brought by the pandemic, such as social distancing and impersonal communication, and also the global movement of capital and information. Although most works to be exhibited are pre-2020, they seem to sincerely confront the current and future world by depicting the excesses of surveillance systems, the ridiculousness of precision technology, and the profound loneliness of human beings.
