The Niigata Prefectural Museum of Modern Art
Finished
The Sannomaru Shozokan of the Imperial Palace is a facility that preserves, researches, and exhibits valuable works of art that have been passed down through the imperial family for generations. From its collection, we will exhibit masterpieces of early modern paintings, modern oil paintings, Japanese paintings, and craft works. We will also introduce the relationship between the imperial family and Niigata through an exhibition of photo panels of Emperor Meiji’s Hokuriku tour and works related to Niigata.
