Toshihiro Furuya
An exhibition by painter and critic Toshihiro Furuya, marking the first solo show in about eight and a half years. The exhibition will feature the "Stationery Paintings" series, which uses everyday materials like colored paper and sticky notes, and new works that expand on the 2015 exhibition "Human Body/Movement/Character" with watercolor and oil paints. This display aims to showcase the core of Furuya's work over the past decade. The exhibition is co-hosted by the creative collective Inunosenakaza and the theater group Dr. Holiday Laboratory, and coincides with a lecture series and the publication of the first novel collection, "Cézanne's Dog."
