Television refers to broadcasting equipment that uses information and communications technology to send video and audio to remote locations and reproduce them on receivers. It has been almost a century since research and development of this technology began in earnest in Japan. This exhibition introduces the TV, a crystallization of technology, from its principles to the history of research and development together with related materials.
