Artists

Jikinyu Raku
Raku pottery, originating in the Momoyama period, has persisted for 450 years. Jikinyu Raku succeeded as the fifteenth generation successor, and since renaming to Jikinyu in 2019, has continued to pursue personal expression and present works with innovative worldviews. This exhibition highlights tea ceramics, including tea bowls, water jars, and fire pots, showcasing both practicality and Jikinyu Raku's unique artistic vision rarely seen in traditional exhibitions.
