Artists

Taro Karibe
Taro Karibe's conceptual style revisits media technology and perception to explore the experience of seeing through anthropology and philosophy. Starting with photojournalism in disaster areas and human-artificial object interactions, Karibe now visualizes subjective worlds formed by human-technology interactions. This exhibition features new works from "Aim an Arrow at the Rock in the Ocean," using machine intelligence to create illusory landscape photographs. These works question reality and perception, making a unique impact on contemporary photography.
