Tamotsu Inokuchi, a resident of Chikugo City in his hometown, dedicated his passion not only to his family's dental clinic but also to painting. As a member of the Western-style painting group "Shigenkai," he energetically continued to create and exhibit his works. Inokuchi's work is characterized by bright colors and meticulous brushwork, often depicting realistic still-life scenes inspired by European landscapes and antiques collected during his frequent travels abroad.
Furthermore, Inokuchi had a wide circle of artist friends and collected much of their work as well.
