With the aim of "thinking about Japan's photo culture and the future of photography," the T3 Photo Festival Tokyo presents photography exhibitions, student projects, and a series of talks and events. As of 2020, this year's urban outdoor photography festival is held around the east side of Tokyo Station (Yaesu, Nihombashi, Kyobashi).
