"Study: Osaka Kansai International Art Festival Vol. 3" is an event initiated in conjunction with the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka Kansai Expo) to verify the feasibility of hosting the world's largest art festival, the "Osaka Kansai International Art Festival (tentative)," with a focus on social impact (such as revitalizing cultural and artistic economic activities and addressing social issues). The pre-event, which started in January 2022, is now in its third iteration.

This art festival aims to maximize the value of the 2025 main event, the "Osaka Kansai International Art Festival," by examining and studying the relationships between "Art and People" and "Art and Society" from the perspective of the theme, Social Impact. The festival will go through a process of "Study" to explore the possibilities of art.

The festival includes exhibitions of works by artists related to Osaka and Kansai in various locations throughout Osaka city. Additionally, the "Study: Art & Creative Fair" offers an opportunity to enjoy purchasing art and creative works. The fair includes exhibition booths for players creating connections between art and various creative industries, as well as booths for creative companies. The program has been further developed based on the input from the previous two Study events, featuring art exhibitions in restaurants ("Art Dining") and more.

Venues: Honmachi Excel Building, Kamagasaki Geidai University, Nishinari District, and others.
