Starry Sky and Roads

Sendai Mediatheque
Finished
Sendai Mediatheque opened the Center for Remember 3.11 on May 3, 2011, to confront and collectively contemplate the significant event of the Great East Japan Earthquake.

The center serves as a platform where citizens, experts, artists, and individuals from various backgrounds come together to document and disseminate matters related to the earthquake.

"Starry Sky and Roads" is held annually in March as an exhibition and event to showcase records contributed by participants of the center, as well as to explore the utilization of these records. Through the records captured by individual perspectives, the hope is to reflect on the journey so far and contemplate the steps forward.
