The exhibition explores the cat family, known for being specialized carnivores and ultimate hunters among mammals. It showcases 40 wild cat species thriving in diverse environments worldwide, from iconic species like lions to domestic cats. Through taxidermy, skeletal displays, and videos, it highlights their physical traits and wild behaviors as super carnivores evolved through scientific research. It also features the Yamaneko, a wildcat native to Japan, detailing field studies and conservation efforts, alongside current research on domestic cats.
