Kazunori Konada
Konada, who grew up in the myth-rich San'in region, has dedicated around 20 years to the themes of the Kojiki myths. They are concerned about the fading awareness of these myths, which are crucial to understanding the Japanese spirit, culture, and values. Konada's works, known for their precise depiction and bold strokes, bring a fantastical mythological world to life with a unique realism, reflecting the enduring essence of Japanese identity. The exhibition features approximately 50 pieces, spanning from early to recent works, inviting visitors to explore the timeless questions of Japanese identity through a journey into the mythological world.
