Shuntaro Tanikawa et al.
The poet Shuntaro Tanikawa has created over 200 picture books since the 1960s, collaborating with different illustrators and photographers. These books are known for their wordplay, hints about understanding the world, and the joy of nonsense. Tanikawa continues to explore various themes like fascination, difficulty, preciousness, and even topics such as death and war through both words and pictures.
